The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory in Rhode Island and interior Southeastern Massachusetts from 4 pm Monday to 10 am Tuesday. A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for the Eastern Massachusetts coast from Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning. A small “mesoscale” storm will bring minor to moderate accumulating snow to Southern New England Monday evening into early Tuesday.
