Another round of moderate to heavy rain showers is leading to minor flooding on the Pawcatuck River in Westerly, RI. The river rose to near flood stage (7 ft) after 3-5″ of rain late last week, and it receded to 6.9 ft late Monday afternoon before rising again in response to the showers that returned in earnest late Monday.
