A hurricane hunter aircraft has determined that Chantal is still a tropical storm with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph. The storm is expected to pass close to the eastern end of Jamaica Wednesday night before crossing Cuba as a weak tropical storm or tropical depression on Thursday.
